amaria.in is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 5-10 working days for Online Payments/Bank Transfer/PayPal or as per the time of placing the order however for COD Orders it takes about 10-15 days to deliver since these are made to orders. Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
Return & Refund Policy
No Return or Exchange is permitted for orders shipped outside India however if product has a manufacturing defect than we will accept return of product.

- Refunds to payments made by PayPal and/or Credit Cards generally take 3-5 business days to get processed and reflect on statements
- Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 3-5 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
- Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer/PayTM will reflect within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation of order.

How do I cancel an order on ?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 48 hours of placing the order.
For outright cancellations by you:
- If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:
- If you received the product and want to return the product , return shipping charge will be borne by customer, and we will refund the amount paid to us during the time of purchase .
Q: I am not satisfied with the products I received, Can I return?
A: . We take stringent measures to deliver all products to our customers, in the best possible condition but there's always a possibility that
a. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or
b. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn't get noticed during packing; or
c. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
All items that fall under the above three categories can be returned or exchanged . Please contact us prior to returning an item.
Q: How soon should I get back to you?
A: Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues.
Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?
A: We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 7 days of receiving the shipment, so please make sure you report the matter to us, and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request.
Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" Confirmation email from us, we will not be able to process such requests.
We will not accept returns for products which has been worn or blouse piece has been separated from saree.
Q: Will I be charged for any returns?
A: In case of items returned because of manufacturing defects / item(s) damaged during transit to buyer / wrong item shipped out, no charges are applicable.
Q: How will I be refunded for any returns?
A: Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis:
a. Choosing an alternate items as a replacement of equal value
b. Full refund to the original mode of payment
c. Coupon Code of equivalent value
Q: What will be the value of Refund/Exchange Item/Coupon Code in case I opt for the same?
A: 100% of the value of the goods including shipping costs will be ensured.
In any case, the refunds will not exceed the actual amount paid by you.
The Shipping Charges and other expenses to return the products would be borne by you.
Q: How soon will I get my refund?
A: The Refund will be initiated within 5 (business) days after the returned item is received and inspected if you choose this option, which will be credited back to you as per your bank/credit card guidelines.
